American-Digital has been a FedEx Authorized Shipping Center (FACS) since November of 2012. As an FACS we are permitted to process packages to ship via FedEx ground and express services to the general public. We ship anywhere Fedex ships. Customers can bring packages into our location during our hours of operation. We provide all options so the customer can decide what is best based on the cost and time in transit.

RETAIL CENTER
Whether you need delivery the next morning or there's no rush at all, come into our store and we will help you decide the best way to send your package. You will find that our rates are generally slightly less than what you would be charged at a FedEx company-owned Ship Center, FedEx office or FedEx published Counter Rates. In addition to offering many shipping methods, we also have a big supply of boxes, envelopes and other packaging materials on hand. We can pack it up for you or you can do it yourself.

DROP OFFS
We are also a drop off point for prepaid FedEx ground and express parcels. If you printed a FedEx label on line or have a prepaid return label, bring it in. Many drop boxes are unable to fit larger packages or do not accept ground services. Not us - we take them all*. We provide drop-offs with a printed receipt with the time, date and tracking number(s) of what was left with us. Packages received prior to our daily pickup will go out that day.

*RESTRICTED ITEMS
Unfortunately, there are certain things we are not allowed to accept - either by law or FedEx regulations. These include (but are not limited to) liquids, dry ice, explosives or anything flammable. These must be brought into a FedEx company-owned Center or FedEx Office (formally Kinko's) locations.
