American-Digital is happy to accept any* prepaid FedEx or USPS package or envelope during our business hours

FEDEX
If you printed a FedEx label on line or have a prepaid return label, bring it in. Many drop boxes are unable to fit larger packages or do not accept ground services. Not us - we take them all*. We provide drop-offs with a printed receipt with the time, date and tracking number(s) of what was left with us. Packages received prior to our daily pickup will go out that day.

USPS
If you printed a USPS label on line or have a prepaid return label, bring it in. Many mail boxes are unable to fit larger packages or may not accept all services. Not us - we take them all*. At this time, we are unable provide drop-offs with a printed receipt. If you require this, we suggest you bring your parcels to the Post Office. USPS packages usually ship within a day or two of drop off - we only get pickups on days we have outbound USPS processed by us. Furthermore, USPS pickups occur earlier in the day than FedEx.

*RESTRICTED ITEMS
Unfortunately, there are certain things we are not allowed to accept - either by law or USPS or FedEx regulations. These include (but are not limited to) liquids, dry ice, explosives or anything flammable. These must be brought a Post Office.
