Calrad 95-850: Electronic Door Release Unit
The Calrad 95-850 Electronic Door Strike / Door Release Unit allows you to increase security by electronically regulating entry for visitors at your door. This electronic door strike will replace your existing strike plate and hardwires to a switch which can release the door strike through an electro-mechanical release mechanism. A typical application has the door strike relay connected to an intercom system, or a home automation relay output to release the lock and all visitors to push or pull the door open when power is applied. You can also connect them to a keypad, alarm system or other entry system. Requires a 12VDC power supply (sold separately).
