Calrad 40-1095: HDMI Over 5 Coax Cables 1080P
Typical HDMI installation requires cable runs of under 15 feet - however when your are running a centralized AV system or keeping components in other rooms or closets, longer cable runs are required. In these instances, HDMI cable signals attenuate (or lose) signal over long lengths The 40-1095 Extra Long-Run HDMI Balun will extend the length of your HDMI cables up to 300 feet. Simply connect an HDMI cable to your source and plug it in to the Sender module and connect a second HDMI cable to your HDTV or monitor and plug it into the Receiver module. Then, using inexpensive coax cable, connect the Sender and Receiver modules. The balun supports high definition resolutions of 1080p without signal loss.
